Our studio is based just out of town in Lyonville, bordering the Wombat State Forest, and offers a tranquil safe setting for one to fully emerse themselves in their practice.
Frances Paderno, Yoga Teacher of Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Meditation, and Yoga Therapy, brings over 16 years of teaching & energy balancing bodywork experience to her Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga Practice. She is the founder and owner of Medire Holos Yoga (originally Melbourne based) - now located in Daylesford- Lyonville. She has developed and teaches Energy Mastery Yoga Therapy, infused with Traditional Hatha Yoga Principles, Practices & Philosophy.
She runs regular weekly classes as well as Master Classes and Workshops. She teaches indepth awareness of how to sense and work with your body's natural energy flow. Frances shares with her students that the art and science of yoga enables yoga students to experience themselves at a soul level with the richness of inner harmony and self healing.
Frances is a qualified teacher of Yoga, a qualified Massage Therapist & Yoga Energy Bodywork Therapist.
